Exercise Classes & Programs

These classes and programs are designed specifically for people with Parkinson disease and focus on improving balance, posture, functional mobility, speech and self-help skills.  Exercise has been shown to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms and slow the progression of the disease.

Classes are offered Free of charge for people with Parkinson’s.  The APDA is funded solely by individual donations and grants.  We ask those who are able to make a donation of $20 per month to attend as many classes/programs as you wish.  This allows us to defray the cost of approximately $10 per person per class and to continue to offer our programs and services like these to as many people as possible.  Donate Now
