Exercise Class Schedule Changes:
- We will no longer have an Advanced Tai Chi class on Thursdays. If you’re interested in Tai Chi please come to either the Wednesday Dynamic Standing Tai Chi Class or the Friday Seated Tai Chi Class.
- The Friendship Village exercise class with Beth Templin will be cancelled on Friday, August 11, due to a health fair. Class will resume as normally scheduled on August 18.
New Dynamic Standing Exercise Class with Tricia Creel: We’re adding another Dynamic Standing Exercise Class with Tricia Creel on Thursdays from 1:00-2:00 pm. The class will start on August 18. No advanced registration is required.
Healthcare Communications Graph: The APDA has created a tool to track and graph PD symptoms, which can be helpful when communicating with your healthcare providers. Visit https://www.apdaparkinson.org/what-is-parkinsons/symptoms/ to learn more about the tool.
New Survey Available: The APDA is seeking your input! A short survey has been put together to seek information about the programs & support that the APDA offers. The survey can be found at http://www.aoic.net/APDAsurvey2017/ and is available until August 31.
