Tremble Clefs Back From Break: Tremble Clefs- St. Louis will return from summer break starting August 19th. Hope to see you there!

New Dynamic Standing Exercise Class With Tricia Creel: We’re adding another Dynamic Standing Exercise Class with Tricia Creel on Thursdays from 1:00-2:00 pm. The class will start on August 17. No advanced registration is required.

Cycle Challenge: We have a new fundraiser coming up on Oct. 1! The APDA is partnering with CycleBar for an indoor cycling fundraiser. Visit stlapda.org/cycle for more information.

Midwest Parkinson Congress: The APDA-Greater St. Louis Chapter will be holding a Midwest Parkinson Congress on October 26 at United Hebrew Congregation. The Congress will feature three different tracks- Treatment for Advancing Parkinson Disease, Movement as Medicine and Care Partner Resources- and will take place from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm. Healthcare Communications Graph: The APDA has created a tool to track and graph PD symptoms, which can be helpful when communicating with your healthcare providers. Visit https://www.apdaparkinson.org/what-is-parkinsons/symptoms/ to learn more about the tool.

New Survey Available: The APDA is seeking your input! A short survey has been put together to seek information about the programs & support that the APDA offers. The survey can be found at http://www.aoic.net/APDAsurvey2017/ and is available until August 31.
